Straight talk, worth it or not?
Perfectly situated right on the slopes! The breakfast was a quality buffet, and the free coffee in reception was a nice touch.
The room was chilly, and a few amenities like a kettle were missing. some maintenance issues were noted.

The dining experience is diverse, with highlights like private fondue nights and afternoon tea served on charming old china. The views from the rooms are absolutely breathtaking, making it perfect for capturing stunning natural landscapes.
The room's heating was sluggish, taking ages to warm up, which is a drag after hitting the slopes. A lack of kettle and mini-fridge in the room left me wanting more basic comforts, especially considering the hotel’s price point. The shower presented an unpleasant sewage smell, and the bus system to reach the hotel had confusing timings—could use clearer information for stranded arrivals. Breakfast options weren't the best for vegetarians, and I felt the general maintenance could use a solid check-up, with one door lock not functioning properly.

The bar area felt a bit limited in evening entertainment options, which could use some enhancement.

The location is unbeatable for skiing, with easy access right from the hotel. Our room was lovely, and the views from the balcony were stunning. Dinner was a real highlight each night, especially the fondue night! Just wish the wine list was a bit longer. it was a fab ski trip, and the staff were super friendly.

The location offers stunning views and is perfect for skiing, providing easy access to the slopes. The fondue night was a delightful experience, with tasty snacks adding to the appeal. Unfortunately, the service at the bar was slow, and there was a significant lack of attention to detail, as our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay and a massive gap above the door compromised privacy. the facility needs better maintenance and should work on its service to enhance guests' experiences.
